Free lifetime Aftersales Service

What is Aftersales?

Aftersales is what you will receive after you have purchased a property and covers any problems or running around that will arise during and after your purchase. This will include such tasks as taking regular photographs during the construction if you are buying off plan, liaison with the developer and your solicitor, connecting electricity, water, phone etc, helping you to choose fixtures and fittings and furniture and putting you in touch with the right people to carry out additional work you may require but not included by the developer.

It’s worth noting however that this does not include minor problems such as changing your light bulbs or cleaning your cupboards, just problems that would fall within the reasonable category of customer service. However, within reason, we will always try to help wherever possible.

Refund of your flight and expenses

If you buy a property with us 2,000 Euro will be given back to you to cover your travel and expenses even if you live here and have incurred no expenses at all. This is payable after 30 days from your signing date after your first stage payment.
